Terms of Service

Effective: July 2026

1. Acceptance

By using https://javaagentic.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Content licence

Tutorial prose, diagrams and cheat sheets are provided for personal and professional learning. You may quote and link to them with attribution and a link back to the source page. Republishing a page in full, or using it to train a model for commercial redistribution, requires written permission.

3. Code samples

Unless a page states otherwise, code samples are released under the MIT licence: use them in personal and commercial projects freely, with no attribution required in your compiled output. They are provided as teaching material and carry no warranty — review, test and secure them before production use.

4. Accuracy and third-party libraries

This site covers fast-moving libraries and models. Content is accurate to the versions stated at the time of writing. APIs change, providers deprecate models, and pricing moves. Always check the official documentation for the version you are using.

5. AI-generated output

Techniques described here produce probabilistic output. You are responsible for validating anything an AI system built from this material produces, and for complying with the terms of any model provider you use.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Do not scrape at a rate that degrades service for others.
  • Do not misrepresent this site’s content as your own.

7. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertising. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for advertisers’ content, sites or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JavaAgentic and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its code samples.

10. Trademarks

Java is a registered trademark of Oracle. Spring and Spring Boot are trademarks of Broadcom. All other marks belong to their owners. Use of these names here is nominative and does not imply endorsement.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are.
